The aims of Animal Samaritans are to rescue, provide care and shelter for unwanted, abandoned, neglected or ill-treated animals and to provide new homes for them wherever possible. To assist owners of pets to meet veterinary fees where owners are unable to meet such fees themselves.

Vacancies
Volunteers are always needed and we are particularly keen to find a dedicated dog lover to foster and look after the dogs until a suitable new home becomes available. The person we are looking for will need to have skills in recognising the needs of dogs that are traumatised by whatever fate has condemned them to come to us in the first place. They will need to be a car driver as visits to the vets are inevitable. If you think you can help please telephone 01474 703542

*CAN YOU HELP?*
	Homes wanted for all domestic pets - cats, kittens, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters etc...
	Fundraising - Can you turn your talents to running a stall, arranging a boot fair, arranging a Quiz Night and donating some of the proceed to the Charity.
	Transport - Spare an hour or more occasionally to assist with a pet taxi service to assist the elderly or disabled when their pet needs a visit to the Vets.
	Newsletter - Do you have editorial talents to produce our quarterly Newsletter and help in it's distribution, by post to our various outlets? Help produce a news column for a junior section. Submit ideas, items, puzzles, poems, stories.
