I have just found your web page and would like, if its possible for you to include my best friend and loyal companion that I sadly lost on new years day on your memorial page. He suffered a second stroke due to a brain tumour at half past seven on 1st January 2009 and lost all use of his back legs. It tore me apart to take him up the vets because I knew what they would say, and even though in my heart of hearts I know it was for the best it still doesn't stop me feeling so guilty. I had him fifteen years, being a rescue dog he was found in disgusting circumstances, the previous, I hesitate to use the word owner, had nailed his paws to a wooden floor. But after a few months of coaxing, love and attention he come round. He gave me 15 years and he was the most gentle dog I have ever had. Even with the kids, who used to play him up something rotten when they were little. He gets cremated tomorrow January 19th, so it would be nice if you could include him. His name was Tubbles, included in this mail is a picture of him taken just a month before he died. Thanks in advance. James Cresswell |
