You were 5 months old when we brought you home and you were a happy little boy, but unfortunately you were cruelly taken away from us after just 7 weeks. We were only just getting to know your cheeky, mischievous little ways and this was the last thing we ever imagined would happen. You were a star and we were so proud of you!!! Even though we only had you a few short weeks, you had already made such an impression on all our friends and family - your loss has been felt by many. You became ill on the 11th August 2008 and we thought it was just a stomach bug, but it turned out to be something much more serious. With the help of the vets we really tried everything possible we could to save you, but you were unable to fight whatever it was that had poisoned your little body. We didn't make the decision to put you to sleep lightly and this broke our hearts. Please know that we will remember you forever. You should have found George by now and he'll look after you until we meet again. We are so sorry that things ended this way and wish you were here with us now, the house is so empty and we miss you so much. Although you were not with us for very long I think you were happy and content. Keep Shining My Little Star!!!! |
