Fozzie

Dear Chris and everyone at Animal Samaritans,

We adopted a 6 month old hamster from you in April that we decided to call ‘Fozzie’ after the famous Muppet character, on account of his colour and his rather large ears!

We just wanted to let you know that he is settling in well, as you can see. He particularly enjoys sitting in the corner of the sofa watching TV and has sleeping down to a fine art. He has even been known to curl up whilst out in his exercise ball for an extra 40 winks!

A BIG ‘thank you’ to all those involved in looking after and re-homing him, and to everyone at Animal Samaritans for all the hard work that you do throughout the year.

Doug

Hi sorry it has taken me a while to send you an email. When we considered getting another dog as company for my other dog Ellie, we did not expect to get a beautiful puppy which we called Doug. He is mischievous, naughty, funny and most of all adorable and loveable.

He has a great temperament and licks everyone and everything to death, he loves a cuddle and will curl up on your lap resting his head under your chin. He loves a walk in the park and gets really excited when I say we are going for a walk, I wake up in the morning and he comes bounding over wagging his tail so pleased to see you, he is a very happy dog with a beautiful nature.

Most of all he settled in so well with my older dog and they curl up together to sleep and share a bed. If I ever considered getting another dog I would definitely telephone the Animal Samaritans, where I found the staff helpful and polite and who listened to what sort of dog I wanted.

I have sent some pictures for you to see how well he has settled in and how much he has grown, We have often said we can't imagine what it was like before we had Doug, everyone adores him.

Harri

Hi All...

I bought a cat from you in March last year, by the name of Harri.  We kept her (yes her) name as it suited... I've attached a picture of her for your records!!!

Happy New Year
