Hi Lisa I just thought I would write and let you know how the cat we rehomed in October 2006 is getting on! The day you brought her to meet us she was such a nervous little girl and only 4 months old! After you left her with us she hid in the spare bedroom behind the laundry basket and wouldn't come out at all. We knew we had to give her some time and space and eventually she ventured out and came and had a sniff around! She soon crept up on to the sofa and then onto our laps! Within a couple of weeks she had totally changed! She now launches herself to the top of the curtains and just hangs there looking at us! |

We should be angry but she looks so sweet. And then of course there is her habit of climbing into the fridge as soon as we open the door, and climbing into the bread bin when we empty it! Anyway 8 months on and she is still a little devil but we wouldn't have her any other way! She is a right character and often has us in fits of laughter with her antics. So thank you Animal Samaritans for introducing us to our little Bubble! She is a total star! Kim & Peter |

Dear Chris, I can't thank you enough for the time you've spent talking to me. It's been so hard dealing with the guilt and you're the only one who's made a difference. I'm attaching a picture of her. God bless you (it's all I can find to say though I'm not a religious man). Don |

Gracie is thrilled to be living in a ground floor flat
now, with her own garden. From her favourite spot on the sofa, she has
an excellent view of any squirrel or bird activity in her territory. I find it hard to believe that it is nearly a year since Gracie came to live with me! She is such a character and has given me much joy. I was worried that having to move would be unsettling for her, but she took it in her stride and felt at home very quickly.... much faster than I did?! I put her pet carrier in my sitting room, while I was busy packing and she would curl up in there when my lap was not available. It was so funny; as if she was saying, "look mum, ready to go when you are?". I did that because I felt she might worry that she was going to be left behind. Regards, |
