Just to let you know that Gracie is settling
in well, in her new surroundings. We thought she might be shy and timid for a while until she got to know me, but she bypassed that stage, by having a sleep soon after her arrival and then, by evening, she was cavorting across the carpet, chasing paper balls and string, like a 3 week old, instead of 3yr old ? From the first day I returned home from work, I have received a very vocal, enthusiastic welcome; followed by a game of "Carpet Conkers", at which she shows amazing agility! She is eating well and seems to enjoy both dry and wet food. Regards, |

Hello! I have been meaning to write this for ages. It’s been 15 months since we adopted our lovely cat Tommy (then called Buttons) from Animal Samaritans. My partner and I would just like to say a big THANK YOU for allowing us to adopt, even though we lived in a flat. Tommy was an indoor cat when he first came to us, but luckily he now has access to a huge communal garden, he loves chasing all manner of things. Last week he saw off a fox! Originally he was a little afraid of
us, particularly of men. Now he is a very loving boy, who likes his
fuss and cuddles. He sleeps at the bottom of the bed every night. And
if he's out and about he runs towards us when he sees us looking for
him! Fiona Sinclair and Paul Coulson |
